The Team

Courtney is the founder and creator of The With Heart Shop. With a background in retail and a passion for philanthropy, Courtney excitedly launched The With Heart Shop in 2020 after taking several years away from the professional retail world to grow her family. After considering where God was calling her in this new season of business, the vision for a shop with a focus on thoughtfully designed products and even greater mission was born.

"I want our children to know the responsibility they have to take their unique gifts and talents that God has equipped them with and use them for the betterment of the world around them, to the glory of God. The best way I can teach that, is to show them. The happiest moment of this journey so far was when I saw my 8 year old son putting our With Heart stickers on the inside of his bedroom door, the back of my car... anywhere he could stick them! I thought to myself, 'THIS is the message I want them to hear from their mom.' There are so many "with heart" verses in the Bible, and it is my goal to be obedient in each and every one."

When she's not working on the shop, Courtney can be found walking the paths of her community with her four kiddos and fur baby surrounding her on bikes and scooters (wave if you drive by!), enjoying date nights with her husband, Stockton, reading and enjoying time with family + friends.

Elizabeth joins our team from Gilbert, AZ where she lives with her husband, Alex, and their two miniature dachshunds pups, Penny and Piper. Elizabeth graduated from Arizona State University (Go Sun Devils!) with a degree in Global Studies and has since worked alongside several non profits focusing on refugee resettlement, international relief and development, and mentoring at risk youth.

Two verses that inspire her the most are Ephesians 2:10 “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them” & Isaiah 64:8 “But now, O Lord, you are our Father; we are the clay, and you are our potter; we are all the work of your hand."

When she’s not working on the shop, you can find Elizabeth exploring new hiking trails with her husband, reading historical non-fiction, and plotting where to travel to next!
